Who Should Play
In Zombie Drive, your core objective is to constantly drift a runaway car around a square rooftop platform. You must accurately run over and smash every single zombie and pumpkin on the map to unlock the exit door. Master the brutal drifting mechanics to survive the obstacles and safely drift through the finish line!
How to Play
🎮 Basic Controls
Click 'Start', wait for the quick countdown, and your engine will roar to life automatically!

Unstoppable Speed: Your car drives forward at a constant, high speed. It cannot brake. It cannot stop. It only goes until you win or explode.

Drift Steering: Your car does not steer normally. Pressing a directional key throws the car into a continuous powerslide/drift. You must feather the keys and master the slide angles to navigate.

One Hit, One Boom: Zero margin for error! If your bumper even grazes a concrete barrier, building, or if a single tire slips off the rooftop edge, your car instantly explodes and you fail the level.

Victory Condition: You only win if you satisfy all requirements and successfully drive exactly through the center of the exit gate.

The Smash Requirement: You MUST run over every zombie and pumpkin on the roof. Every kill fills the progress bar at the top of the screen. The exit gate remains firmly locked until that bar is 100% full. If you miss one, the door stays shut!

Escalating Difficulty: Later levels introduce brutal obstacles, tight corridors, and arches that block your camera view. You'll need muscle memory and pixel-perfect drifts to survive.
🏎️ Unlock Cars
Beating levels earns you Coins! Head back to the main menu and enter the Car Shop to spend your loot. You can unlock and drive incredible new vehicles, from classic Stock Cars to roaring Muscle Cars!

Steer/Drift: A/D or Left/Right Arrows (←/→). Menu: Mouse Click.
Frequently Asked Questions
That's the core mechanic of the game! In Zombie Drive, there are no brakes and no standard turning. Pressing Left or Right (A/D or ←/→) initiates a massive drift. You are supposed to harness this "uncontrollable" momentum to swing the back end of your car into targets. Stop treating it like a normal racing game and embrace the slide!
No! When your car explodes, you only fail the current level you are on. You just hit retry to start that specific stage again. All the coins you've earned and cars you've unlocked remain safely saved.

The exit gate has strict rules before it opens:

Clear the Board: Have you smashed EVERY zombie and pumpkin? Check the map!

Progress Bar: The bar at the top must be completely full.

Opening Delay: The gate actually takes a second to swing open once triggered! If you race toward it at Mach 5 before the animation finishes, you will crash into the iron bars and explode!
