How to Play
Difficulty Modes
Choose your challenge based on your courage and skill:
- Relax Mode: Granny is blind, and the house is brightly lit. Perfect for focus on puzzles.
- Baby Mode: Granny won't chase you, but the lights go dim, making items harder to find.
- Adult Mode: The real game begins. Granny moves at a slow pace to track and hunt you.
- Ghost Mode: Things get faster! Granny’s movement speed is greatly increased.
- Nightmare Mode: Extreme challenge! Granny is faster than you. You’ll need perfect moves to stay alive.
Pro Tip: Watch the prompts at the bottom of your screen and take it one step at a time.
Game Controls
- Move: WASD to walk, SHIFT to sprint, Space to jump, C to crouch.
- Interact: Left Click or E to pick up/use items, R to view Hints.
Quick Tip: Crouching and moving slowly reduces noise, making it harder for Granny to hear you!
Frequently Asked Questions
Angie is a trapped soul and is invisible at first. You need to find a Crowbar (located between the 1st and 2nd floors) and use it to pry open the boarded-up door on the 1st floor. Behind that door is where Angie is held. Freeing her grants you the Jail Key, which is needed to save Ben.
According to Angie’s note, you must complete a ritual:
- The Spider: Find the spider attacking the officer. Kill it with a knife to collect it.
- The Rat: Find the rat hole in the kitchen. Use poisoned meat as a trap to catch it.
- The Candle: Go to the Candle Room, find the matches, and light the altar candles to finish the ritual.
Find the Film Strip and watch it to get the Secret Room code. Enter the Secret Room and find the painting on the dressing table. Use the Crowbar to pry open the painting and reveal a hidden safe. Enter the code provided by Ben to get the Basement Key.
